Forms Online
Each year, New Westminster Schools asks parents to complete several consent forms to ensure we have parent permission for student participation in school activities.
We are using School Cash Online for parents to complete the following annual forms:
- Emergency Release
- School and District Codes of Conduct
- Digital Technology and Responsible Use Agreement
- Walking Field Trip Consent
- Media, Photo and Video Release
- Internet Access Consent
- BC School Fruit, Vegetable and Dairy Nutrition Program
The information and permissions that you provide online is for school district use only, and will not be shared with any third party. There are no fees associated with our forms process.
Fees Online
From time to time, parents are required to pay for activities or services provided by our schools, such as class trips, sports activities, and yearbooks. New Westminster Schools uses School Cash Online to make payments easier.
The information you provide online is safe, secure, and convenient. If you are unable to login or require assistance to access the forms, please contact your school for assistance.

Extended Absence Forms
If your child will be away from school for longer than one week between October 1 and June 30, this is now considered an extended absence. In these situations, families are required to:
Complete and submit an Extended Leave of Absence Form before the absence begins
For non-medical absences longer than 20 consecutive instructional days, students may be unenrolled, and families would be required to re-register through Central Registration upon their return. While every effort is made to place students back in their catchment school, placement is dependent on available space at that time.
