A Moving Moment: FW Howay Students Remember
This morning, FW Howay students showed respect for our veterans as we approach Remembrance Day. Together, we listened to the powerful words of the song “Imagine” by John Lennon – and then we walked together with staff in silence through our FW Howay hallway, our hands lifted high with our fingers in the peace symbol. It was a moving moment.
Our music teacher, Dr. Jean Kentel, inspired the idea and the music choice. At FW Howay today, we remember – and we imagine “all the people living life in peace…”
